Project Name: 361 University - Courtroom 6-1
This project was completed for the Ontario Realty Corporation, managed by CBRE Project Managers. The largest courtroom in Ontario, it had received heritage designation. In concert with the Heritage Consultant, Cloke-Kirby completed the extensive alterations. Work included Asbestos Abatement, extensive rehabilitation and cleaning of full height veneer wall panels, major alterations to existing heritage wood fixtures, dias, witness and accused boxes. All new video conferencing and life safety and security upgrades. New bulkheads, mechanical and electrical and accessibility modifications including installation of new HC lift for judges. Project completed on strict schedule and budget.
