Project Name: Bennett Centre, York University
8,000sq.ft., renovation. Complete demolition to bring the space back to base building and then incorporate a totally new office layout and reception area. Work was comprised of all new architectural finishes including new millwork, solid beech doors and associated hardware, flooring, painting, glazing, acoustical ceiling grid and tiles. The space was also outfitted with new mechanical, electrical power and lighting, data, telephone and security systems.
The project was completed within the budget and finished right on
schedule.

A completely new mechanical wall fin system was tied in with the existing HVAC network and controls. The mechanical rads were identified as long lead items and the shop drawings were fast tracked and approved early to avoid late delivery. |
